An antihistamine sleep aid taken as one tablet 20 minutes before bed. For temporary sleeplessness only.
Contains diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg.
Good to know before you buy
- Not for under 16s; do not take for more than 2 weeks without seeing a doctor
- Causes drowsiness: do not drive or use machinery, and avoid alcohol
- Not if pregnant, breastfeeding, or with stomach or gut obstruction; ask first with glaucoma, enlarged prostate, epilepsy or breathing problems
- Do not take with other antihistamines, sedatives, tricyclic antidepressants or MAOIs
