Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 June 2026

These terms govern your use of WalkInClinics.uk, operated by Imaan Ltd. By using the site or joining the MenB updates list, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

WalkInClinics.uk is operated by Imaan Ltd (company number 06415284), registered at 2 Micklehead Business Village, St Michaels Road, St Helens, Merseyside WA9 4YU. You can contact us at info@imaanhealthcare.com.

2. What we do

We help people connect with participating pharmacies for pharmacy-led services. The current public site lets people join the MenB priority list; it does not book an appointment or take payment. We are not a healthcare provider. Vaccinations and clinical care are provided by participating pharmacies, who are responsible for that care.

3. The MenB updates list

You can join the list by giving your details so we can contact you about the MenB programme and local pharmacy appointment information. Joining the list does not book an appointment and does not confirm eligibility.

4. Sharing your details with pharmacies

With your consent, we share the details you provide with one or more GPhC-registered pharmacies near you so they can contact you about the MenB service. Those pharmacies are separate organisations responsible for your clinical care, and their own terms and privacy notices apply once they contact you. See our Privacy notice for how we handle your data.

5. Eligibility

Information on the site about who may be eligible is a guide only. Final eligibility is confirmed by the pharmacy before vaccination. Being on our list does not guarantee eligibility or an appointment.

6. No medical advice

Content on WalkInClinics.uk is general information, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. For a medical emergency call 999; for urgent advice contact NHS 111.

7. Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not submit someone else's personal details without their permission, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse it in any way.

8. Availability and changes

The site is provided on an "as is" basis while in development. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may update these terms; the latest version will always be on this page.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical care or outcomes provided by pharmacies, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
