About it

Hot lemon drink made from a sachet stirred into hot water. Combines a painkiller that lowers temperature with a nasal decongestant.

Contains paracetamol 1000mg per sachet, phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.2mg per sachet.

Good to know before you buy

  • Contains paracetamol: do not take with other paracetamol products; maximum 4 sachets in 24 hours, at least 4 hours apart.
  • Do not use with high blood pressure, heart disease, overactive thyroid, enlarged prostate, closed-angle glaucoma or phaeochromocytoma.
  • Do not use with other decongestants or if taking, or within 2 weeks of stopping, an MAOI antidepressant.
  • Maximum 5 days' use; contains aspartame, sucrose and lactose and is high in sodium.
