About it

Liquid cold and flu remedy taken as a 20ml dose. Combines a painkiller, an expectorant for chesty coughs and a nasal decongestant.

Contains paracetamol 500mg/20ml, guaifenesin 200mg/20ml, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg/20ml.

Good to know before you buy

  • Contains paracetamol: do not take with other paracetamol products; maximum 4 doses (4 x 20ml) in 24 hours, at least 4 hours apart.
  • Do not use with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, overactive thyroid, enlarged prostate, closed-angle glaucoma, liver or severe kidney problems.
  • Do not use with other decongestants, tricyclic antidepressants or beta-blockers, or within 2 weeks of an MAOI.
  • Do not use for more than 5 days without medical advice; contains alcohol and sorbitol.
